I earned my industrial engineering degree at Lehigh University in 1978. Later, I earned my MBA and PhD degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985 and 1989 respectively.
I current serve as the E. V. Williams Professor of Strategic Leadership at Old Dominion University.
I’ve published over 100 articles and 3 books on the topics of strategic leadership. I am also a co-author of a popular change management simulation published by Harvard Business Publishing.
